PMI | Event | Vivanta By Taj | New Delhi

Our team always comes first, acknowledging their effort and contribution to the company is of utmost importance to us. So appreciating the members who bring companies closer to their goals, we organised the ‘Star of the Year’ annual award show for the employees of PMI. This collaboarted event with PMI was very close to our hearts and we loved executing every nitty gritty of the event.

Corning Gorilla Glass | Tech to Innovate Concert | Delhi ’20

With a gorilla as the centrepiece and a jungle themed event, we created all the different collaterals for Corning Gorilla Glass’s event in New Delhi in 2020. Our team worked hard at the Tech to Innovate Concert and managed it perfectly.

BPFT | Fashion Show | Chandigarh

Right from planning to the designing of a phenomenal Fashion Show for Blender’s Pride Fashion Tour, we organised the entire event in the green city of Chandigarh. This 3-day show was executed smoothly by us and enjoyed by all the participants and the audience. We provided all our professional support for this event.

PNB Metlife | JBC Boot Camp | Hyderabad

PNB MetLife along with its iconic brand ambassador, Ms. P. V. Sindhu, held a press conference in Hyderabad and promoted the ʻJunior Badminton Championshipʼ. Aimed at spotting and supporting budding talent and turning them into prodigious sportspersons, we took pride in being a part of this event as embracing rising talent in the field of sports is utterly important for India.

Asian Paints | Contractors’ Meet

Asian Paints collaboarted with us and we fashioned 30 events for them! Yes, you read that right! This was a Contractor’s Meet held in Uttar Pradesh. It was a large event for all the local contractors that showcased all the products of the company.

Huawei | Solution Day ’20 | Chennai

Huawei launched its two new flagship products, ‘WiFi powered by Huawei 5G’ and ‘Oceanstar Dorado Storage V6’, which marked great technological advancements, and would cater to large markets. The brands envisioned a launch in which products could create a profound and an everlasting impact on the audience, which was rightly achieved with out-of-the-box ideas and seamless execution.

Escorts | AGM Meeting ’18

At Escorts, the Annual General Meeting is a significant event for the company to analyse its performance, brainstorm different strategies, strengthen shareholder relations and build a better tomorrrow for the organisation. And when something is this important, a company always turns to those it trusts, Innovation Eventz! We conducted this extremely crucial 72nd Meet for them and boosted their confidence in us.

Doodle 4 Google

Children’s curiosity and innocence ooze out in what they create. And we didn’t want anything less! We organised a Drawing Competition for school kids in collaboration with Doodle 4 Google. It was a big event that encouraged art and awarded creativity.

JCB | 3DX Launch | Multi City

Innovation Eventz worked with earthmoving and construction equipment giant JCB India, to help them launch the brand-new EcoXpert backhoe loader in South India. The launch was a series of events in different cities, each executed with utmost clarity on dissemination of information to the desired audience.

Huawei | Awards Night | Goa

Huawei and Brightstar’s Annual Partner Award Ceremony’19 was organised at Marriott, Goa. It is a once-a-year event that hosts partners and company corporates from around the country, and even top-notch international dignitaries from China. A grand event, delivered seamlessly with a touch of innovation!

Deloitte | ITR Event | Shangri La Hotel | New Delhi

Deloitte collaborated with ITR, the International Tax Review, and created an enlightening event for ITR’s magazine on tax efficient strategies and other economic matters. The set-up had been strategically brought together by us making a perfect alliance of innovation and genius.

Escorts | Sherise Felicitation Gala

Organised a Felicitation Gala for Escorts and Sherise. It was themed ‘Women Empowerment’ and had a variety of skill building activities and was aimed at encouraging women to take up the lead in their life. It was one of the most amazing events that we have fabricated all these years.

PNB Metlife | Dealers’ Meet | Gurugram

For PNB Metlife, we executed a lavish event at the Oberoi Hotel in Gurugram. It was a Dealer’s Meet which went on for 2 days and also welcomed the acclaimed motivational speaker, Ashish Vidyarthi as the guest.

Castrol | Product Launch

Castrol launched its new range in 2019 and we put together one amazing event for them! Popular personalities were invited at the launch of the cutting-edge product line by Castrol. Our execution of the event was lauded and appreciated.

Van Heusen | Fashion Show | New Delhi

Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail marked a new milestone in their apparel sector journey with the advent of Van Heusen’s women innerwear and athleisure range. It was a proud moment for us as well to have created such a huge show, worked with this eminent group and bollywood actress Diana Penty, who showcased the beautiful collection.

Dassault | Family Day Celebration ’19 | PAN India

Arranged an overwhelmingly joyous Diwali Party for Dassault’s employees and their families in 2019. Having numerous families together smiling and enjoying the beautiful set up done by Innovation Eventz made our hearts full. We had done a festive-themed event which was beautifully lit up and decorated.

Shell | Dealers’ Meet | Kanpur

A splendid event for Shell and all its dealers from the states of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan! We constructed a profusely dynamic Meet in Kanpur. It was a highly fruitful event celebrating the proud engagement of Shell with all its dealers.

We executed a grand event for PNB Metlife at the Indira Gandhi Stadium, New Delhi. This was a Grand Finale for the JCB Boot Camp of 2019 and welcomed the esteemed P.V.Sindhu as their Chief Guest.

An Award Show was organised by us for JCB at the Leela Hotel in Gurgaon. Innumerable artists performed and entertained the crowd. It was a Financier’s Award show and the employees were recognised for their work in the comapny.The entire event was a success and was taken very well by everyone.

Conceptualised and spectacularly executed the Dealer’s Meet’19 for Escorts in Lucknow and Kanpur. It was an event meant for the employees of the distinguished company. We strategised games and showcased various artists to make the event exciting and intriguing.

URI | Movie Promotion

Movie promotions have an electrifying atmosphere and are always fun to organise. URI brought forward this opportunity and we executed the promotional event at Venice Mall, Greater Noida, and planned all of it right from the beginning. The leading cast of the movie was present at the event, adding to our excitement.
